Processing Times
Please allow 1–2 business days for me to carefully prepare and package your order before it ships. (Weekends and holidays are not included.)

Free Shipping (Canada): Sent by Lettermail, untracked.
Standard Shipping: Sent by Lettermail, untracked (available for Canada, US & International).
Upgrades: Tracked and/or faster shipping options are available at checkout if you’d like peace of mind and quicker delivery.

These timeframes do not include processing time.
- Canada: 4–8 business days
- United States: 5–21 business days
- International: 7–31 business days

What if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact me immediately with the correct details. I’ll be happy to update it if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
Once an order has already shipped, I’m unable to make changes, issue refunds, or resend it. In that case, you would need to place a new order with the correct address.
Can I track my order?
Free and standard Lettermail shipping does not include tracking. If you’d like to follow your order’s journey or need guaranteed delivery times, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout.
I didn’t receive my package yet — what should I do?
If your package hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry — sometimes Lettermail can take a little longer than expected, especially during busy seasons, customs checks, or bad weather.
Here are a few steps to try first:
- Check the delivery timeframe listed for your region (remember to add 1–3 business days for processing).
- Look around your mailbox or with neighbors — sometimes packages are placed in unexpected spots.
- Visit your local post office — it’s common for packages to be held there or arrive a few days after being marked as “Delivered.”
Please note: Free and standard Lettermail shipping does not include tracking, and I cannot provide refunds or replacements for lost or delayed untracked mail. If you’d like peace of mind for future orders, I recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout.
